After solidifying a perfect plan and equipment list for the client, Legacy Event Group’s talent takes the reins on event day to execute flawlessly everything that was planned in the earlier parts of the process. This includes setting up all the equipment, communicating with other vendors to ensure that everyone is on the same page, and notifying all relevant parties before an event is about to take place, allowing you to relax and enjoy every aspect of your event. The staff members of Legacy Event Group function perfecting as a day-of-event coordinator, ensuring that everything is executed according to your needs. For most events, Legacy Event Group will provide two employees, one Emcee to focus solely on the coordination of the event and one DJ to focus solely on the music.
