You will be given access to a robust client portal with planning tools and the ability to build detailed music lists ensuring your event never misses a beat. We will also meet with you prior to your day to craft a timeline of events and coordinate with other vendors to keep everyone on the same page.
Day-Of Coordination
On the day of the event, we will send two of our experienced professionals who each have a specific area of focus, ensuring no detail falls through the cracks. This team consists of a DJ and an Emcee. Our DJs are expert music curators that will make each music moment happen exactly as you envision it, and our Emcees will make announcements and collaborate with the vendors and event organizers to ensure that your timeline is executed exactly how you want. We will handle the sound equipment setup, including a built-in backup system for all your music selections.
