Once you’ve decided on a photo booth, we’ll provide you with some resources to help you begin the planning process. You will add a photo booth planning form and a gallery of photo strip templates to your arsenal. With so many possibilities it’s important to narrow them down to what’s right for your event. Questions to take into consideration include layout and spacing. Not only does this determine how many guests can fit in the booth, but also the size of a backdrop. Have no fear, our planning forms paired with the knowledge of our professionals will guide you through all these specifics.
We provide the backdrop, a variety of props, prints, an attendant, and an experience that your guests will certainly remember. While we do offer a variety of backdrop options, in some cases we can incorporate walls and elements from your event space, or a client provided backdrop. We have a wide collection of props that are always being updated, these include things like signs, masks, giant sunglasses or even boxing gloves. Pair these items with your guests personalities and you’re sure to be rewarded with everlasting memories.
Prints are included with our packages but the capability doesn’t end there. Once guests have the option to create a photo strip, gif, or even video. Then, they can send it to their phone number, email or upload to social media sources. Not only do guests get a reminder of the fun they had at your event, we share all of the digital files with the client following the event. There’s even an upgrade option of having a photo scrapbook to add a special touch to your event. We provide a scrapbook, paper, pens and the prints then your guests paste in the strips and leave a note.
Another available option for the Photo Booth is adding a screen to display a slide show of the photos taken by your guests. This is a great way to display the fun being captured and encourage guests to join in on the action. This screen is on a tripod stand so it takes up minimal space allowing maximum fun. :-)
"More than just a "dj service" LEG was everything we needed and so much more. Not only do they provide the music for the day but they also ran our entire event. They put together a schedule for the day from start to finish and email it to all of your vendors which is phenomenal. You have a planning meeting before your big day to hammer out all of the details / specific songs and they take it from there. The wedding was a whirlwind of photos and things and Legacy kept everything chuggin along smoothly. T There is an option to include a photo booth and I highly recommend that as well. My guests had so much fun with it and got to take home some souvenir photos. (We also got a link with all of the photos taken so that was pretty fun to review a few days after the wedding) I just cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and everything they did for us.
