Weddings
If you want a classic but unique Dayton wedding venue with large capacity, strong indoor aesthetics, and beautiful historic photo spots, Eichelberger Pavilion is one of the best options locally. It especially suits couples wanting elegance without the “generic hotel ballroom” vibe. Eichelberger Pavilion is an elegant ballroom, and Legacy Event Group enhances that sophistication by providing state-of-the-art equipment, including white speakers that seamlessly blend into the surroundings.
Corporate
Eichelberger Pavilion is an impressive space, featuring a vast floor plan and a grand staircase that creates a striking first impression. While large venues can sometimes present challenges with sound coverage and visibility, Legacy Event Group has the experience and equipment to overcome them with ease.
Using our specialized long-throw projector in conjunction with the venue’s built-in screen, we ensure every guest has a clear view of the important details of your presentation. For even larger groups, we also offer the option to add supplemental TVs for expanded coverage throughout the room. In addition, Legacy enhances the venue’s house audio system with our professional sound equipment, delivering clear, balanced sound for a high-quality guest experience.
Built-In House Audio and Projection Screen
The house audio system in Eichelberger Pavilion is one of the venue’s standout features. It provides an excellent built-in solution for background music and general sound coverage. However, for larger groups or more demanding presentations, additional audio support is often imperative.
In these situations, Legacy Event Group can provide a primary sound system while using the venue’s house audio as supplemental fill sound. We also have the flexibility to use the house system as the primary source and enhance it with our professional speakers for added range and clarity.
The venue also features a large drop down projection screen above the stairs. They don't have a projector built in but Legacy has the appropriate projector and lens require to project across the large room.
