This package includes everything you need for your wedding. Sound equipment and services for the ceremony, sound equipment and services for the reception, and two hours of Photo Booth after the formalities are done. This also includes the DJ MC accommodation for a seamless day of events and great entertainment afterwards.
The Reception portion of this package includes five hours of event time, with the option to add time when needed ($200 per additional hour). It includes two array style speakers, our standard multi-effect dance lighting, and also a wireless microphone for speeches and toasts. This package also includes two wedding professionals (DJ & Emcee). In addition we also provide access to our online planning portal with all of our customized planning forms and music lists. The standard lighting and sound both have the option to be upgraded at an additional cost.
The Ceremony portion includes a secondary sound system for the ceremony location if it's different than the main reception space. Also included is a lapel microphone to amplify your Officiant. This also includes the orchestration of your ceremony by our Emcee and DJ.
Starting with a wedding ceremony, Legacy Event Group will provide a discrete sound system, which is specifically designed to be as hidden as possible, while allowing your officiant speeches, and any music for your ceremony to be heard clearly. A microphone for the officiant is included and additional microphones are available.
After the ceremony, the services continue for the reception with background music for the cocktail and dinner and event coordination by the MC for a worry, free and smooth event. After the formalities are complete, the floor opens and the DJ plays the genres and music that you want to hear.
Additionally, this pack includes two hours of Photo Booth fun! Prop prints and an attendant to make sure everyone is having a great time, the Photo Booth is always a smash hit at every event. Customize your print template by choosing one of hundreds available templates and then customize the template with your name colors, etc.
